5 Exist Any Admin Panel Where I Can Customize My Theme?
Horn theme was customized with PHP, HTML5 and CSS Technology based on Bootstrap Framework and not with any WordPress platform. So, to edit Horn, do you need some knowledge of Front-end code (PHP, HTML5 & CSS).
6 How do I update the template after a new release comes out or updated?
There is no automatic way to update is true! You should note the changelog posted on the item page or check the changelog file inside the Horn folder after downloaded.
So, what you should do? Remember, If you need to customize the Horn Theme to your liking and style, you should use "custom" files (custom.css & custom.js). So, you can added and replace all files or code lines updated, following the changelog file without losing your configurations already implemented.
How can I update the WHMCS Template? Everything that is related to image, css style, fonts, icons or js files, you can find inside the "assets" folder.

If I add new sections, elements or features inside the header.tpl file for example, you should open the two files and compare.
7 About palette colors, how can I start with Blue color for example?
Inside the head.tpl file, find the "Horn custom color styles" comment. If you need start with Blue color, put the link tag Blue, above the other tags, like this:
